Chuckie G and all he is affiliated with or has created you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions connected to said services listed and not listed.
These services were formed with the intention and mission to provide a platform to enable.
Chuckie G to avail his services in the provision of personal, public, phone and Internet readings as well as mediumship, spiritual guidance, coaching sessions and motivational speaking events to all individuals that desire positive and helpful insight to their present and future life issues as well as learning how to connect with their inner voice and find their true path.
Chuckie G promises to use all his available gifts and knowledge to ensure that his clients receive the service that they have paid for and are given that to the best of his ability, however if the client is requesting information relating to:
Legal matters: It is recommended that clients seek advice from a solicitor/ lawyer.
Medical questions: the client must seek medical advice from a professional
Business questions: the client must seek further advice from a financial adviser.
Mental disorders: the client must clarify their condition by taking Professional advice from a health professional
Chuckie G shall not be held liable for any stress, loss of income or any other outcome based on said services or actions of the client due to guidance or information given as their free will along with their intention put into such services along with ever changing shifting of events that are out of Chuckie G's control. Chuckie G will not be held responsible for any damages that are the result of using said services or guidance.
This includes the below terms that are likely to cause damage:
Failure of the services to conform to the manner or expectation you expected or desired.
Linguistic or other types of error
Omissions
Interruption in the services due to unforeseen circumstances
Damages caused to compensate someone from loss or injury
Consequential Damages

Coaching Sessions

Any and all Paranormal investigations, events or Classes
All coaching sessions/programs, mediation sessions, psychic readings, MedaReiki healing sessions, consultations or any other services listed or not listed are intended to offer simple guidance and insight into a person’s personal life and do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
By engaging in any of these services listed or not listed above Chuckie G will not be liable for the personal injury, financial issues, health issues- physical or mental and/or death resulting from the negligence on our behalf, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
You understand that the use of these services offered are merely for guidance purposes and are not intended to be regarded as finally professional judgment as all individuals hold the ability of free will and choice.
Further, we do not represent that:
The service will meet your requirements 100 percent.
The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
Any results obtained from using the service will be 100 percent accurate, complete or current.
We or anyone involved with the provision of these services shall not be liable for any damages arising from the inability to use the services or from errors caused by negligence or otherwise.
We are not liable for delays in providing information or carrying out our obligations due to factors beyond our control.
By reading this contract and accepting services, you agree to all said terms above and cannot hold the listed practitioner,
